This terrarium is closed, so little maintenance should be required. A self-sustaining ecosystem is formed via the layers of LECA, charcoal and substrate.
Though, we always provide care instructions so you can be sure.
Because the terrariums are fragile, we ship them packed with tissue paper. You'll need to remove the tissue paper. The moss may arrive a little compressed, but it will spring back up.
